Volunteer Opportunities

Change Starts Here

3:11 Project is committed to helping the neediest families in the Fox Valley, IL area. Learn more about our charitable Volunteer Opportunities program, and see how you can help make it even better and more impactful. Whether you’re looking to donate money or want to volunteer your time, we are happy to receive any help you can give.

Resource Closet

Basic Essentials

3:11 Project resource closet stocks personal hygiene products, household essentials (toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and other necessities), baby supplies, new adult and child socks and underwear, and school supplies.

The closet is designed to provide these resources free of charge to current 3:11 Project clients, foster families referred by CASA and DCFS, and families referred by local school districts and other agencies.

Shopping with Dignity

3:11 Project has a wonderful partnership with the local Rhea Lana Consignment Franchise, which allows the families we serve to go shop with DIGNITY, right off the racks at Rhea Lana's Donation Event after their Spring and Fall consignment events at no charge.

This partnership also gives us the unique opportunity to consign clothing specifically donated for this cause for cash. 100% of the money earned goes back to our community.

Holiday Cheer!

Helping Those in Need

Did you know that 3:11 Project started because the founder wanted to help families during the holidays? That's why Christmas is one of our favorite times of year! It reminds us of why we started 3:11 Project in the first place!

We partner with several schools and local subsidized housing to collect Christmas gifts and necessities for local families in need. We hope you will join us in spreading Holiday Cheer!

Service Learning

Learning to Lead with Love

We believe that learning to be compassionate to your neighbors should start at a young age. That is why we are so excited to offer a service learning program and curriculum to local schools, sports teams, park districts, and churches.
